Our heat exchangers are available in many different types and sizes. Each version has its thermal characteristics in pressure drop and efficiency. In the field of plate heat exchangers, many versions are possible: demountable, soldered, semi-welded and fully welded.

The plate materials can also differ from AISI304, AISI316 and titanium. In addition, there is also a choice between thermally short, thermally long and a combination of plates. It is possible to purchase an insulating jacket or drip tray with the plate heat exchanger as an option.

Our range of Cipex HT tube heat exchangers are often helpful in situations with high temperatures and very high pressures with certain liquids. The standard versions are simple in design. The tubes and jacket are made of stainless steel 304 or 316, and the jacket is fitted with mounting brackets.

Shell in Tube Heat Exchangers

As its name implies, this type of heat exchanger consists of a shell (a large pressure vessel) with a bundle of tubes inside it. One fluid runs through the tubes and another fluid flows over the tubes (through the shell) to transfer heat between the two fluids.
They are often used in industrial environments where very high temperatures occur or significant temperature differences happen between one medium and another (liquid or gas). Also, in situations where high pressure is required, such as with very thick or viscous fluids, a Shell & Tube heat exchanger is the best solution. Because Shell & Tube heat exchangers are more expensive to purchase than plate heat exchangers, we first carefully check your requirements before advising a definitive choice for a Shell & Tube heat exchanger.
