Hermans Techniek Nederland has an extensive range of Therma Tube pre-insulated PEX pipes on a roll. These pipes are used for transport, distribution, plumbing, block connections, heating and cooling installations.

Applicable for renovation and new construction of smaller heat networks, especially at medium temperatures. We have many common sizes for the single version of the Therma-Tube PEX pipes in stock. In addition to the pipes, we also have press fittings and mounting cases for pressing the couplings onto the pipes. We even have the option of supplying screw couplings.

The pre-insulated flexible pipes use continuous technology that ensures consistent insulation foam quality. The technology involves long service pipe units being insulated continuously and the outer casing pipe produced in the same process. The pipes are flexible and are suitable for long pipelines and house connections.
The pre-insulated flexible pipes are produced from PEX-a, polyurethane foam (PUR), and polyethene casing pipe (PEL). They are available in SDR 7,4 and SDR 11, and as single and double pipe coils in 20 mm to 125 mm. PEX-a pipe has significant advantages compared to other types of Pex pipes. In production, it is guaranteed the cross binding is > 85%.
The production company also meets the ISO9001 certification. The quality of incoming materials is tested and documented before commencing the production process.
The control of pre-insulated service pipes is according to EN 253 for district heating pipes. Furthermore, additional tests are carried out and documented before commencing the production process. Highly qualified employees and their awareness of quality is our strength in manufacturing.
