We specialize in the supply of pre-insulated pipes, heat exchangers, and buffer tanks for sustainable installations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Your Role<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this versatile role, you will be the point of contact for our customers and ensure their projects run smoothly. This means that you will:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Follow up on customer inquiries and provide them with technical advice.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Review technical drawings and assist in selecting the right materials, such as pre-insulated pipes, heat exchangers, and buffer tanks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare and develop quotes using our software.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Build and maintain customer relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Process sales orders and coordinate with suppliers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Process purchase orders to factories and check the delivery status.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor inventory and place new orders when necessary.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify market opportunities and capitalize on commercial possibilities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What You Bring<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A completed MBO or HBO education, preferably in a technical field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Affinity with technology; experience in mechanical engineering or installation technology is a plus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong commercial and communication skills, allowing you to interact well with both customers and suppliers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A proactive attitude and the ability to solve problems quickly and in a customer-focused manner.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fluency in English, both spoken and written.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience with AutoCAD is a plus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You are result-oriented, flexible, decisive, and do not have a 9-to-5 mentality.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What We Offer<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A pleasant working environment with good employment conditions, an informal and positive company culture, and fun team outings.
